Both the hygienist and check up were very thorough, and I am very satisfied at the high standard, consistent quality and the level of care I received at St James Dental.     I just wanted to say thank you so much to Georgina and her lovely dental nurse today (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name, I want to say Keeley or Kelsey but I could have that completely wrong as my brain totally switched off!) I had to have a tricky filling done today for a broken tooth and it definitely wasn't easy for them (it was a bit stubborn!) but they helped ease my anxiety so much and helped me stay really calm even though I was so nervous! I definitely felt in safe hands and just wanted to pass on my thanks, everyone in the surgery is really kind so I would definitely recommend it!

    Having had a toothache for 4 days I called into st James Dental to hopefully book an appointment. The receptionist was so kind to me and very helpful and reassuring. She booked me in for an appointment on that day, I was so very grateful, but a little apprehensive as my Dentist was on holiday. However the dentist I saw was really reassuring, put me at ease. Explained clearly why my tooth ached so much. Straight away gave me antibiotics and even came with me to reception to book a follow up appointment with my Dentist. I left feeling like I had received first class care from people that cared about me. Thank you St James Dental.

    My 8 year old son was involved in an incident at school, which left him with a serious injury to his front teeth! We rushed to St james dental as unregistered patients with the hope of an emergency appointment. The staff on reception were so lovely and did everything they could to help! We were extremely lucky that the Principal dentist had just had an appointment cancelled and was able to see my son immediately! He took one look at his teeth and knew exactly how to deal with his situation. Within minutes he got to work and repositioned my sons teeth to almost exactly how they were before the accident. He was so kind and patient with my son who was still in shock and in a lot of pain. This helped to put both my self and my son at ease! As much as this was an upsetting and stressful situation, and we’re not out of the water yet, without the help of the staff at st James dental I wouldn’t like to think of how much worse it could of been. We cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done for our son, and all with such care and kindness. My son decided to he wanted to buy the staff a gift as a thank you for all of their help!

Excellent recent treatment from Ollie Stew for a veneer that looks like it was always there - very natural. Bright friendly staff all round. Always come early so I can have a read of What Car !
