   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lady G for your help finding my dress for my daughter’s wedding with only 2 weeks to go ! I had already purchased a dress and really wasn’t happy with it so came to see what you had available and saw a dress I really loved but it was a straight skirt with an over skirt which I didn’t suit so you phoned the dressmaker you use and made an appointment for me for 5:30pm that Friday night to see if she could alter the skirt. You let me take the dress and kept my card details to see if Katie could do anything and if she couldn’t I was just to return the dress, I was so grateful as by this time I was panicking and had already make costly mistakes. Katie said she could change the skirt to a more floaty style that I wanted and she called me on the Wednesday to say dress was ready and I could come and try it on and I was so happy with the result. I will be recommending Lady G and Katie to everyone after this fantastic service and the kindness on the day I came to the shop and going out of your way to help me. I got so many compliments on the day and loved my bespoke Gabriela dress. Liz

   Had a wonderful experience at Lady G when looking for an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Staff were very attentive and made you feel at ease and special. They had a great variety of dresses to try on. I would highly recommend Lady G to any mother of the bride as I can’t praise them highly enough. All the guests at the wedding commented on how lovely my dress was. Thank you Lady G for making me feel so special on my daughter’s wedding day.

   Took my Mum for her MOB dress and can highly recommend, Very attentive, really knew what would suit Mums figure and colour. Mum walked out of there feeling like a million dollars. We had quite a good giggle as well. Full outfit dress, hat shoes and bag. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. A wee happy Mum all glam for the big day! Thanks to all the team and Lady G herself for providing just top notch service.

   0 stars!! Worst company ever dealt with. Sold my mum a dress size too big but was told by Emma it would be OK to get altered and not cost much (they didnt have orginal size but mum liked the dress). Mum contacted several alteration companies recommended by Lady G, was told dress would need completely remade and would cost about £400. If we were told that prior to purchasing wouldn't have bought the dress as it was already expensive. No refunds given. Horrible way to treat people especially when it comes to wedding outfits for mother of the bride. A huge day for someone lady g completely ruined experience. Took Lady G to court and won the case! Managed to get all money back, and sell the dress online and money for that too. Avoid at all costs!! Awful customer service and very cheeky!

   Very disappointing experience when shopping with my Mum for a Mother of the Bride outfit. The staff seemed lovely, a bit OTT, but that's ok. However they are very pushy, and the attitude turned 180° when Mum didnt find anything she loved enough to buy. We were made to feel we had wasted their time (pointed out to us she "had spent all this time with us") We were in 55 minutes! I would not recommend this shop and we will continue our search elsewhere, hopefully in a shop that doesnt expect us to buy something regardless of whether we love it or not!
