   Terrible service waiting for inheritance. Our family member passed away over 3 years ago and we have only just received the money. Ella is very quick at communicating however I'm not convinced Dan exists. Dan does not reply to any emails or calls and the post he sends out seems to go missing. Dan called me once from holiday but has been AWOL since. I do hope he's OK
