   I have used Lennons for two separate legal areas, this and their Family Law division, and there was a reason for this, in that it's hard to find a solicitors firm that are good at what they do, and treat you as a person who needs legal help, support and understanding. Tamara stood up to a large multi-national global consultancy firm, and always explained and kept me updated. I have since recommended a friend to move their alegal case over to Lennons family division, after she was having difficulties with them, and not to be afraid to move to a new solicitors's firm if you're unhappy.

   I cannot recommend Lennons Solicitors highly enough! After initially approaching one of the big “no win, no fee” firms, I was left feeling undervalued and disappointed with the quote they provided. Thankfully, I decided to reach out to Lennons, and the difference was night and day. Their expertise, attention to detail, and dedication resulted in a settlement that was over 16 times more than what I was originally quoted by the other firm. I was blown away by their ability to truly understand and fight for the value of my case. The process of working with Lennons was incredibly smooth and stress-free.    After a fairly traumatic accident on my bicycle, I went to Lennons on a recommendation and didn't regret it. Anna, Laxmi and the team provided an excellent service that was both empathetic and professional. Importantly, they were completely transparent and thorough when it came to updates and advice, guiding me to an outcome that was very agreeable in a manner that made the process as painless as it could be.    I'd like to put on record, as someone who has not had to deal with an injury claim before and the complexities and concerns that come with it, that the service and support provided by Nina Modessa of Lennons Chesham has been exemplary. I felt before Nina to be part of a process, however when Nina picked up my case she lead the process with empathy, a highly informative approach and made clear all the possible outcomes and expected journey. Firm and fair has been approach and i cannot understate how important this is, during such a stressful time both physically and mentally. I hope Nina's humanistic approach and guidance is appreciated by other clients. For the record, in my career I have been responsible for some of the worlds most innovative and human-centred brands and her caring and supportive approach is exactly what we expect from our employees and for our customers. Well done Nina and thank you!

   I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Lennons. I have used them for conveyancing services as part of the purchase of my home. They first give you an estimate of their fees and explain they would stick to this fee unless the matter proves to be more difficult than planned in which case they would revise the fee with some notice. This seemed to be quite fair to me at the time. When I had to pull out from the sale during the searches process , I was surprised to receive the Lennons abortive invoice was for full price of the estimate when we were only half way in the process. They explained to me they had already spent all the time allocated by the time i pulled out which explains why they had charged the full estimate. When you take a closer look at their T&C's you realise that their final fee is based on the actual time spent working on the case when they make you think they work on a lumpsum fee. Please think twice before signing up with them as it could end up very expensive for you !! Apart from this bad invoicing experience, i have not been particularly impressed by the level of service provided to me. The solicitor in charge of my case was creating more problems than was trying to find solutions which is probably why the sale ending up falling through... On a positive note , it was always very easy to get in touch with the solicitor. They would always take phone calls or they would call you back if they had miss your call. Thinking about it they would probably do so as they knew they would be charging you for every piece of communication on the phone with you. Again think twice before going ahead with them!!

   I worked with Lennons in the past, so I am familiar with the good quality of work they provide, but I honestly did not expect for John Churchill to be able to complete on an urgent property transaction for me at record speed, and for that I'm ever so grateful.
