An unpleasant phone call unfortunately with a solicitor who wouldn't explain the difference between two elements of their service and why one was so much more expensive. He was rude and I ended feeling rather small as is never nice being talked down to, particularly by someone you're considering paying! Perhaps avoid, though sure he's nicer sometimes.

Impressive service Under the "half hour" scheme Nick Hallchurch obligingly helped me challenge a debt claim which appeared out of the blue from a former managing agent of a flat I owned. After various missiles from them I was feeling very down and was (almost) ready to give in and pay them. However, Nick encouraged me to stick to my guns if I didn't think I owed the money. I felt much happier and now the firm have conceded that I do not owe them anything, and (I hope) that will be that. Gave me a boost, and can't thank Nick enough.
