   Rezaul and Fawad were incredibly helpful in completing my auction transaction, which was on a tight four-week deadline. Without their support, I probably wouldn’t have made it in time and could have lost 10% of the purchase price. The vendor’s solicitor made an error in the completion statement, which nearly caused a £15,000 loss. Fortunately, with Rezaul and Fawad’s assistance, I was able to recover it. A big thank you to both of them for their outstanding help : )

   Poor Experience with Rita Kochar I’ve used this firm many times over the years for various legal matters, but my recent interaction with Rita Kochar was shockingly poor. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She couldn’t answer even the simplest of questions, and showed no willingness to help or explain anything clearly. Her attitude was condescending, her communication skills were lacking, and the entire conversation left me feeling talked down to and ignored. No basic courtesy, no clarity — just frustration.

She is an exceptional solicitor with a vast amount of knowledge, she was available to us instantly by email or phone and provided a second to none service.    If I could give these people zero stars I would. Our buyers used them. They ignored all contact from them on the week leading up to completion. They also ignored all phone calls from our solicitors. The result to this was an extremely stressful week for all involved as we couldn't plan or answer removal companies. We lost our buyers as they decided to pull out. Oddly enough they did this once we finally had contact from these solicitors. So thanks a bunch for loosing us our sale. Its completely messed up our family as our kids are due to start school in a whole new area. Our buyers equally screwed us by not bothering to tells us they quit. They even let us load our belongings onto a truck. Nice. If these solicitors had done their job properly answered the phone calls we would actually all be completed and in our new homes. The consequences of this firms actions is catastrophic. You shouldn't be a law firm. It's disgusting. And even when they knew our buyers quit they wouldn't tell our solicitor who was asking them via phone and email to contact him URGENTLY.

   We have completed our sale and purchase with the solicitor Christopher Tierney in March 2021. We definitely recommend it: despite the complexity of our chain (9 purchases, many singular requests and last-minute issues from the other parties...), Chris has been super professional and capable to promptly deal with the events happening everyday. The communication was excellent: Chris was very responsive by email and by phone, and also very proactive to communicate with the parties and to check what was happening in the chain. Also, the timing was impressive: we have done everything in a couple of months. Definitely highly recommended!
