Got there in the end with the remortgage but there was big lacking in communication and updates throughout. Took multiple weeks of chasing to get updates most of the time. Even now Iām owed money and still chasing to get it (even though I was told by the mortgage provider it was paid to them weeks ago)

I found my experience when dealing with Parfitt Cresswell (Windsor) a very disappointing one. On the firms initiation, I was contacted in January 2021 to finalise the estate of an elderly relative. I have not been kept informed of progress made at any stage, during the last 18 months, and been unable to speak to the relevant people dealing with the case. Telephone calls have not been returned on numerous occasions - pretty rude by any standards. Fees were never discussed and were certainly not comparable to the service that I received. I'm sure that this level of client care isn't indicative of the whole firm, but was certainly the case with the 2 members of staff that I had limited communication with, so would therefore not recommend on any level.
