   First-time client of this solicitors, providing conveyancing services for a house sale. Situation was complicated by there being multiple owners in different countries. My primary contact was Taiwo, who handled everything professionally and efficiently - her emails were comprehensive and clear and any urgent matters were conducted by telephone calls if necessary. We were able to achieve exchange of contracts within 7 weeks, which I thought was excellent. The costs were as quoted (which compared favourably with quotes from other local firms). I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm for conveyancing services and especially Taiwo.

   Four stars because of problems before Levina Khanna took over our affairs. I was extremely relieved when Levina phoned to say she was taking over as the previous solicitor had left. I was reassured by her warm and friendly voice and knew instantly that she was someone very approachable and in whom I could have absolute faith. This was proved to be the case as she worked hard to sort out existing problems and make progress with our application for probate, chasing both HMRC and the probate registry especially when a deadline was approaching. Levina has continued to be extremely helpful in sorting out the distribution of the estate in accordance with my mother's will and responded instantly to emails even when she was unwell. I have no hesitation in commending her as a very pleasant, hardworking and trustworthy solicitor and she deserves every progress in her career.
