   This relates to the Cranleigh branch and is my first public negative opinion. I have rarely given ratings on google, but i if I have, it is to give compliments where compliments are due. I am not doing so in this case. It is only because I have so much on my plate that am I not proceeding with a formal complaint. It took 10 months from start to finish to get my Will written. The time my lawyer took to respond to most things was shocking and at no point did I feel like a valued customer and communication was abysmal and off hand. Addendum: I would just like to add that when my father, a very sweet gentle, unstable old man of 84, went in to HB in Cranleigh, to hopefully get a certified copy of his passport done the other day (they did not know he was my father) he was turned away. He was told, it is not company policy to provide this service for anyone who they are not currently working for... He came home upset and anxious as he needed to get it done (he has been in Cranleigh for 50 years, lives only a short walk from HB and has more than likely walked past their window everyday until of late). I then had to escort him all the way down Cranleigh to the other solicitors who gladly did it in 5 minutes for a small fee of £5.... at least the boxes were ticked correctly I guess.

You're looking for two things in a solicitor - attitude and knowledge and Jordan has both in abundance.    I have used Hart Brown for 11 years and cannot recommend them enough. They have advised me and provided highly professional advice on a number of matters. They really are a cut above the rest, and can be relied upon to get things done properly. They have completed 2 conveyances for me, one of which was a complicated buy and sell with a share of freehold. They have advised on tax, pension, estate planning and wills, and ensured that our interest were looked after in all cases. After using many other law firms over the years to purchase properties they absolutely stand out above the rest, they are responsive, efficient and nothing is too much trouble, they explain things properly and have always kept me up to to date throughout the buying and selling process. Caroline and David were absolutely amazing during our recent sale of our property and responded timely to any questions. I recommended to a friend who had the same experience.
