   I’m absolutely beyond disappointed with these people — their attitude is disgraceful. They don’t even have the basic decency or professionalism to keep anyone informed. They tried to stop me from going in with my family, and that so-called “translator” was a complete joke — arrogant, unprofessional, and full of himself. He had the nerve to ask personal questions like whether I was angry, then couldn’t even handle the response. Instead of owning up and apologizing, they completely lost focus and acted like nothing happened. The whole experience was pathetic and infuriating.

   Useless. Save your money, get to a real law firm. Disrespectful, unhelpful and rude on every single level. If you are someone who expects respect, dont communicate with these people. They have an ego bigger than the planet but when it comes to practice, they are absolutely useless. Btw you cant tell who the real lawyers are in there because even the translator identifies as one lmao.

   It looks like there review falls into two ends. My experience with Howe & Co isn’t very pleasant. I have been referred by a friend regarding a query, and I have been ringing their number every the other day in the past week, the operator has told me the person dealing with the matter is not in today and asked me to call back in two days, but when I call again I have been told the same again to call back in two days as the person is not in the office…(they seems could only receive the ring when they work in the office. After a few attempts, finally I got a chance to speak to that person S, she told me it should be person P dealing with that!! Why can’t you tell me in the first instance it is person P deals with it?? I call back again to ask to speak to person P, then I have put in the transfer mode for ever! I was still awaiting for the transfer to be made while writing this review! This solicitor is a total time waster. There is no customer service and management at all. Not professional and not recommended.

   Absolutely terrible service. The phone call lasted under 60 seconds, agent barely took any details and continuely interrupted me when I tried to point out several flaws in health and safety. Agent seemed to be an ambulance chaser and appeared to just be returning call backs based on a list he was given for the sake of it as opposed to actually listening, taking notes, asking questions regarding the claim and then making a decision. Agent stated he wasn't taking the claim on as he felt there wasn't one but more likely they have no expertise or capability to deal with the matter. At least be honest about your incompetence...

   Utterly disappointed with the firm, very unprofessional, was kept in a limbo regarding my query by Mr Prakash Rana, after being promised a call back but to no avail. Tried to follow up(6-7 times) regarding my case but was met with " he will call you back" from the secretary, despite my plea, given my exceptional circumstances. Our time is as valuable as yours. The firm's reputation far exceeds reality and I was naïve to think that they would treat the child of a Gurkha with some dignity, as the foundation of their recent repute was built on the lawsuit involving the gurkhas. Now I have been told by many that, I m not the first person in my community to be experiencing such treatment. I m certain the case is different for some. However, given my experience and treatment, I wouldn't recommend the firm to any of my acquaintances, as everyone deserves to be treated with respect and not given false hope.

   I only know David in terms of personnel but apart from the impressive building, Everyone I came across from receptionist to other solicitors that i occasionally bump into come across quite warm & helpful. I like the fact that reception are always calm & on hand to help & don't seem rushed of their feet. That was very important to me as I hate that feeling of being rushed or feel like I have to speak @ 100mph. David is a genuinely good man to start with, knows his stuff well obviously & has a great team who I have probably never met but exchanged emails. They literally saved me from the clutches of the ... (you know who).
