   Last year Moore Barlow and specifically Kiran Gill undertook the conveyancing for the sale of my flat in Cobham. Kiran was always on hand to guide me and sort out many problems generated by my purchaser's solicitors. It was a warm friendly and extremely efficient relationship and made the very best of a stressful time. I would and have happily recommend Moore Barlow to my friends and family .

   A woman called Karen hung up on me, i was just simply asking questions which she didn’t have any answers too and i asked if she could pass me me onto someone that would know and she just hung up on me, i told her my dad is a vulnerable old man and he’s being targeted by a scam company. She obviously doesn’t care about anyone else apart from herself.

   Somewhat overdue review, but outstanding legal advice and personal support from Jan Galloway during my divorce proceedings in 20/21. Always prompt responses from Jan and her team. And nice people too.In contrast to the other side's solicitors, a large, established London practice with surprisingly poor communications and slow responses.

   Via the home selling company in Richmond we have used Jackie Nash at MB on many occasions and have always found her to be very proactive, professional and responsive. Many solicitors regard estate agents as a nuisance (please stop nodding), forgetting that they have the conveyancing work because of an estate agent (of course we are the best but I believe others are available) but Jackie will always take our calls which helps progress matter more smoothly which has to be everyone's best interest. Not cheap but very good value

   I approached Jo Farr from the office to help me with a conditional sale of a property. Jo has dealt with some complex issues. She was diligent to ensure the full assessment of the conditional sale. She advised and navigated through the negotiations of the sales conditions and once the heads of terms were agreed she completed the sale transaction. I sometimes found certain issues quite difficult to understand but she responded to my queries swiftly at every stage of negotiations and she explained each step clearly and patiently. I have full faith in her abilities and would recommend her highly and will always use her in the future.

   They supported me during my divorce over 3 years. Great service, proactive, explained everything to me in simple language, responsive to comments and suggestions. And on a single occasion when something did not go as planned, fixed it immediately (for free) and apologised. I also felt supported emotionally, despite the team being very professional.... which was surprising to me. I felt protected, supported. I don't regret a sinple penny I spent on their service (and it was a significant amount for me over 3 years). Highly recommended!

   I used Calvert Smith and Sutcliffe to purchase a very old cottage that had a lot of complications/issues. I do not have a bad word to say, Michelle was very patient and meticulous, and went through the mounds of paperwork with a fine comb. I felt that she represented my interests very well and kept me in the loop at all times. I was also happy with the cost which she kindly capped for me. I have no problem recommending CS&S.
