Recently had the pleasure of working with Cassandra Campbell for a mutual client. With a chain full of challenges, personalities and delays, I’m convinced without the diligence, pragmatism and professionalism Cassandra brought to the table, the chain would have collapsed. Hope to see her name on a Sales Memo again soon!!
Avoid at all costs, the worst legal firm I’ve ever encountered. What should have taken two months dragged on for nearly six. Numerous missed deadlines and senior staff going on annual leave without informing us as clients. Emails and phone calls would go unanswered for weeks, resulting in increased costs for all parties. When work was finally produced, contained typos and legal inaccuracies that resulted in the other party having to correct what had been created. If timely and accurate work is important to you, this really is not the firm to use.
Excellent service from Fiona and her team - very efficient process and Fiona was extremely responsive whenever we emailed across any queries/clarifications compared to previous solicitors we have worked with. Would highly recommend and will certainly use VWV again in the future

I wanted to leave this review for Fiona at VWV in Watford. She was simply amazing, we managed to sell a leasehold flat and buy a house in 6 weeks and beat the stamp duty deadline by a matter of 1 day. Fiona was under continuous pressure but she kept her cool and got us over the line saving us a lot of money in additional stamp duty fees if we hadn't of hit the deadline. Fiona is efficient, professional and lovely to deal with and I will strongly be recommending her specifically to anyone I know buying a property. I really felt Fiona went above her call of duty to help us! Thank you so much Fiona, you are great at what you do!
Beware of this firm, their professionals believe in “not informing you well & on time”, until you Chase them to receive bill having excessive charges. Their solicitor was late and charged me for the time even for the duration he was late. You will be charged to return your documents submitted to them, as well you will be charged for phone call to agree meeting point for court appearance. They charged me triple the cost, as compared to estimates provided by other well established better names in the legal market/industry. In the discussions I have found their service provider was mainly interested in my finances, very less on the actual issue he was instructed/ asked for. *Disclaimer:* this is purely my personal experience with VWV and only objective of sharing this review is to inform others to be careful and ask for periodic and frequent billing to validate what they have been verbally committed. I have been emotionally impacted by dealing with VWV and personally felt being cheated !!!
