   As an FTB, what I ended up realizing is that finding a good solicitor isn't a magic wand that would erase any problems and complications that arises during the complicated buying process, but it's knowing that they are responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to solve these problems. I was really happy to have found Michelle Clarke as my solicitor during this process. I had initially opted for a cheaper option only to almost be scammed as no one was picking up for their phone, making mistakes on all their documents and charging extra for all basic services. I felt lucky having found KWW in this overwhelming process and I will be using them again in the future for any other purchase or resale.

He was available whenever necessary and maintained great communication. The current market is a bit turbulent which impacts conveyancing and our purchase was not straight forward due to being a probate.
