   Worst ever people ..scammers..I was asked to pay before they started work.. I paid £500 but situation changed and I told them that I would like a refund.. this happened with in my first week on application. I kept chasing them for the refund and they kept stalling. Now just before Christmas they are saying that they cannot refund due to the work they have put. Which is nothinh.. just one page letter in which they had all details wrong and I had to correct them. Please do not approach them. They are just scammers.

   Getting a divorce is not a nice experience, but we were recommended Amicable by a family friend. Quick, easy, very helpful with my continued questions. A big thank you to Sue Gibbons for all of her assistance and patience. My only negative comment is that the website / Portal had continued issues with my login and my password had to be reset continuously. I may have been an isolated case, but outside of that, really good service and reasonably priced. Around £900 for the financial order, compared to quotes of £4,000 - £6,000 from local family solicitors.

   I wanted to say thanks to the entire team and specifically to the adviser who spoke to me (sorry I can't remember the name). I had a free intro call with Amicable 3 years ago. I did not require any paid services in the end because my divorce was very straightforward and didn't involve any kids or mutual property etc. That was essentially what Amicable team told me at that initial call: 'Simply explain your reasoning and apply, everything will be fine.' And it was! So thank you for sharing this confidence with me. I mention your service every time someone I know mentioned they're going through a divorce.

   This is such an improvement on having two separate solicitors making the process adversarial. Although I did not want a divorce, and it was a painful process emotionally, the consultant, Mala, gave us excellent advice on the law, and guided us through the legalities involved, helping us to arrive at a solution acceptable to the court. My ex-wife and I have remained amicable, and may well have saved ourselves somewhere in the region of £3000 -£4000 in fees. Both our interests have been protected. If you can agree with your spouse to keep your hurt out of proceedings, then Amicable is a no-brainer. Many thanks to Mala, and the legal team.

   I am very happy with the service and support I received from the Amicable team. They helped us agreeing on decisions and what was fair for both of us. knowledgable and supportive and they also communicated so well with us both at each step. We didn't want to go through the solicitors route as we had agreed a lot between us already and every time we talked to solicitors we felt like they were making us "ready for the battle". I would recommend this service to anybody that feels divorce should be amicable and that values keeping a good connection after the divorce.
