Chantal and Misha were looking after my account and they were both very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful when there were issues. Communication and reporting was very clear and prompt, much faster than the solicitors that were used by other chain below and above. Chantal and Misha made both transactions very seamless and quick plus their additional charges were very reasonable too for indemnities and faster completion, again comparing to the solicitors that my chain had above and below.
