   Our family had the emotions of selling our late mothers’ property to clear her estate, and, as well as having to extend the lease, there was an issue with the boundaries caused by an error by this company when amending the original lease in 1997. The buyer required correction of this mistake. Charles Gray was instructed by the Landlord to undertake the simple correction deed and we could then complete the sale. We did exactly what Mr Gray instructed regarding the funds for the work and confirmed we had complied in an email. However, after 4 months chasing and re-sending emails confirming that we had exactly complied with his instructions, Mr Gray continued to refuse to confirm when he’d even look at commencing the work, let alone completing it. Because of his failure, the buyer got fed up and withdrew. So, we decided to auction the flat without the correction and without the lease extension. As a result, the net proceeds were very substantially less than had he completed this very simple task. Extremely poor online reviews and incredibly low scores attributed directly to Mr Gray, certainly rang alarm bells and we continually expressed our concerns to the landlord – who subsequently did not receive his lease extension Premium - to no avail. We would concur that all involved in this sale were met with an unpleasant, arrogant, and downright rude attitude, with a reluctance to complete the most straightforward of tasks in a timely manner.

   mr gray and his grubby little hovel, on the back end of bushey above an off license with it s 19 70 decor and not in a good way ,is google rated as one of the worst solictors in the U K,. If you want to spend 2 years of your life trying to get money back ' which you have been over charged for back you have come to the right place . read all the real reviews not the fake ones .

   I didn’t use Graham white & co myself but unfortunately they where used by the buyers of my property. Both myself and my solicitor have been left pulling our hair out due to there complete Incompetence. A simple sale was held up purely because of them, having been told they would be ready to complete in September I moved out of my property then and emptied it. This was never the case and they’ve only just managed today to get completed 16th of December which has left me paying £5k in mortgage council tax etc to keep hold of an empty house whilst also having to pay for my new property. There shouldn’t of been any issues stopping being complete in September had they actually done any work. We had to chase for days even weeks for responses to basic questions, any questions sent our way we would answer immediately. To be told then that everything is ready when actually it wasn’t and then we would be asked more and more irrelevant questions each taking weeks for them to reply to an answer. Then basic issues like help to buy redemption figures, surveys etc hadn’t been sorted by them causing delay after delay. Not answering my solicitors calls or emails is just plan rude, constant excuses like they are in meetings or they will be in touch later become the normality when I phoned up myself pretending to be a new customer these meetings didn’t seem to be stopping them from talking to me. I have also enquired about there practices from other conveyancing companies just to try and reassure myself that I’m not mad and what they are doing/saying (or not actually doing) was actually the way things are done. The response from these companies was that they are shocked and that they aren’t sure this company actually are conveyancers. Graham white almost cost there customer the sale as I was extremely close to pulling out a number of times, but only because the buyers where extremely nice and also in complete disgust at how this was being dealt with I stuck it out and we managed to complete 3 months later than they said they would be able to. I suggest anyone who is thinking of instructing them to seriously look at this review and all the others that I’ve found.

They also co-ordinated well together to cover holidays etc. Special thanks to Leighann for her patience in dealing with a long and complicated property chain. I would certainly use this firm again.

   THE BEST solicitor I have used and I have bought and sold 5 houses over the years. I cannot compliment this company enough. This is the second time I've used them for conveyancing and both times they were efficient, communicative and approachable. In addition with regard to the recent move, the dedication and sheer doggedness of the full team; in particular Leigh-anne (conveyancer) and Charles (solicitor) were amazing and all went above and beyond in order to complete the move in the face of incompetence. Definitely use if you want a solicitor who will be honest, friendly, approachable, communicative and will make sure your interests are always at the forefront.
