   Selvi Nadarajah was very thorough in handling the purchase of our house. It was not a straightforward transaction as it involved a restriction on title that needed to be explained and dealt with. The seller's solicitor was particularly unhelpful but Selvi stuck to her guns and ensured our interests were protected. An excellent solicitor to have on your side if a problem needs fixing.

   I have recently sold and bought property and with difficulties including aborted sale along the way. Throughout the whole process, Nicole Green from Perry Hay was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, calm, friendly and the absolute voice of reason when things were not going to plan. Anyone who has been through the process knows communication between different parties can be very challenging. We were recommended Nicole and from beginning to end she was responsive, decisive, thorough and energetic. Along with that she was also extremely considerate and a joy to work with. I really don’t think there would be many people who could have got this over the line in time and in such style. I could not recommend Nicole enough.
