"Jo" is really rude and cold. I've been twice and on time for both my appointments yet I've had to wait over 15 minutes by the time I'm seen. Wouldn't bother going, seems they just want your money
I had a great experience here. I felt very welcome when I first got here. My nails are lovely. Jo was very professional, and she did a really good job at my infilling my nails. I’m very happy with my them. The prices are reasonable. I’d highly recommend this salon in Yate.
I have given this 1 star but if it was possible, I wouldn't give any. I had a foot pedicure and it was the worst I've ever had. I could have done a better job myself. I was kept waiting for 10 mins and when eventually it started it was not a nice experience. I was sat in a hard chair and after soaking my feet in a foot spa for 3 mins was asked to put my foot into the lap of the girl doing it. As I am in my late 70's this was painful for me. Hardly any hard skin was removed and my toe nails just lightly filed. The nail varnish was thick as there was only a bit left in the bottle, and after her waving her hands over my feet for 30 seconds she applied another coat. I was then asked to leave the room and return to the waiting area until the polish dried. After a short while the girl returned and said it was dry now and I could go. She didn't look to see if it was dry, and it was so thick it took all day to dry. As I put my sandals on to leave the polish on the two big toes smudged badly. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will certainly not return. I was doubly disappointed as it was a present from my sister.

I was recommended to have my nails done in Body Perfect, Yate, and I can honestly say I am NOT disappointed, Jo did my nails, and I am delighted with them. A very welcoming atmosphere, friendly smiley staff. I have rebooked.

Absolutely amazing staff, super polite and kind! They squeezed me in last minute after a little eyelash emergency and made my lashes look great. 1000% would recommend!!
Great little salon. Friendly staff who make you feel at ease. Nothing seems too much trouble. Discounts available for various treatments throughout the week. Only minor thing, is the change in staff - you get comfortable with 1 waxing You, then there's a turnaround. Can't be helped, more of a personal issue I guess.
Fantastic! Only set of gels I have ever managed to not chip within a few days...in fact managed weeks! Staff are lovely, prices are reasonable, and it’s a nice monthly treat for me and my mum to have together. She also has added that the job they do on her toes and eyebrows is fantastic. I’ll be there for my appointment 4/10 and excited to do so.
