I went to beauty within for the first time today and was quite nervous but the amazing staff was so kind and welcoming. I had a wash cut and finish with Angela who was unreadable leaving my hair looking amazing I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and amazing haircut by a lovely women.
Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. Had a pamper day which included pedicure, dermalogica facial and hot stone massage. Staff are all amazing and Lizzie gives THE best facial!! The ambience was perfect, lovely facilities.. they even chilled our Prosecco for us. Will definitely return!
I had a lovely hot stone massage this morning with Maria. The surprise was that when I went to pay, the girl at the reception asked for my loyalty card. However, when she saw that it was an old one, she didn't want to stamp it, mentioning that the owners have changed since then. My issue here is that I have been loyal to that beauty salon for 8 years, but it seems not good enough for them. I was given a new card. I won't be going back because my loyalty to that place doesn't seem to matter when owners change. Not good enough. ---------------------------------- Hi, Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification about the loyalty card. During my last visit in April 2022, I did not receive a new loyalty card as you mentioned. However, when I recently visited, the staff didn't provide me with the option to use the old card or transfer the stamps to the new one. I brought up the issue, mentioning that I had 7 treatments done there, but all they said was sorry and gave a smile. Quite disappointing!
I had my hair styled by Emily today. Emily was brilliant. I would highly recommend Emily and the rest of the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.
I have been going here for years, Maria is lovely, she's always happy and smiling, makes you feel relaxed and confident with your treatments. Lovely salon. Parking just across the road.
What a fabulous find. Once you get up the stairs you are met by friendly and professional staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the prices are very fair. I will definitely return!
First time at beauty within today. The beauty rooms are beautiful! I had a massage and gel pedicure with Maria which was amazing and super relaxing! I then had a pro 60 facial with Nim which was fab. Nim explained all the products she was using and made me feel pampered! Thank you so much. Will definitely be back.
Always good here. Friendly and great prices. Up stairs above a shop so make sure you are ok with stairs.
