Had an appointment on the 30th October with Shadi, another great visit, hair looks great as usual. Love coming here as I can relax for a while, read a magazine and have a cup of tea with a biscuit. I would like to also mention a blonde young girl who was working that night, Shadi said she had only been working there for 2 months, I think she is a beautician? In between her appointments she was tidying the place, sweeping the floor and was checking in with clients, she never stopped. See you in December!!
I first met Grace a year ago when she was an apprentice and was pleased with my nails. I had an appointment with her this week and was so impressed with the results. My nails look great and she spent a lot of time making sure they were ok .We had a lovely chat and so impressed that she remembered so much about me. Highly recommend x
Had a walk in appointment today, having been made so welcome previously by Shadi who did my tint and highlight test for me when I popped in to look at products which they sell like WOW dream coat spray. Today I saw Sienna who was absolutely lovely and really made me feel comfortable and at ease and did a super job. They are also doing a charity raffle which felt good to be a part of. I would definitely recommend. Lovely manager too and her member of staff agreed, which is always the litmus test of a good place for me. ;)

Had a full body massage done with Lisanne and it was the most relaxed I've felt in ages! Very friendly staff and it was easy to book online. Will be coming back again for another massage and other treatments!
