    Myself and my two daughters travelled from Australia to Bath to attend my son's wedding on 23 August 2025. We attended Noi salon for hair and makeup appointments on the day with Kellie and Kim . My initial contact with the salon was via email on 29 April and was ongoing up until the time of the appointment. Kellie took great care to ascertain our aims and explained in detail the services she could offer. She accommodated changes we requested and informed us well in advance of minor adjustments to the schedule. She also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the salon. On the day, we were welcomed and provided with breakfast. This was a nice surprise and much appreciated in view of the early start and limited time we had to get ready. Much care and hard work went into creating our hair styles and make up and nothing was too much trouble to ensure first class results were achieved. Kellie and Kim are highly skilled and professional artists and we received compliments from guests at the wedding about our hair. Travelling from Australia to attend the wedding required much planning and dealing with Noi salon instilled confidence that all would proceed well with this aspect of the day. Thank-you Kellie, it was lovely to finally meet you and have you create my mother of the groom hairstyle, Christine.

    Absolutely amazing makeup for my mum and I before a family wedding, the eyelashes and makeup were still pristine 14 hours later, we really appreciated Kellie’s guidance on getting a lip colour/gloss in the city center on the same day.

    Kellie and co were absolutely phenomenal in getting me ready for my graduation! After answering a series of questions about styles in advance, Kellie got to work with my hair and makeup over the course of the morning, and I left feeling truly amazing. Initially I was a little unsure about some of the makeup but Kellie was brilliant in reassuring me and making sure I felt comfortable; and the look lasted the entire day. The salon itself is beautiful and has a lovely, calming atmosphere and everyone is incredibly friendly (including Luca the dog)! I highly recommend Noi Salon for hair and makeup and hopefully I'll be back again soon. Thank you so much!

    I had the most amazing experience at Noi Salon. I had come to Bath from London for a wedding where my HMUA had cancelled that morning and the staff at Noi were incredible when I rang early on a Saturday morning pretty distressed. They did what they could to squeeze me in for both hair and make up and my experience in the salon to the results were incredible. Kellie is an amazing make up artist. Incredibly creative and an absolute sweetheart. The owner of the salon made me feel so calm and welcome getting me in and out as fast as they could so I'd be ready in time. The people and the service was just 10/10. I couldn't recommend enough.

    Simply a brilliant salon. Such a friendly atmosphere where all the team go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Julie has been cutting/colouring my hair for quite some years - she's incredibly talented, so easy to be around and I would be lost without her! As someone who wants to avoid covid, I've really appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating the team have been to make it as safe as possible (early morning appts, masking etc.) If you want a great hair cut and an outstanding customer experience go to Noi.

They are brilliant and skilled professionals who are also great fun to see and often know better than I do what I need to do with my hair! When Jess first did my hair I was very anxious and hoped the result would be what I asked for and to my relief it was perfect.     Fantastic salon. Great staff always make it feel like a wonderful experience. Julie has been doing my hair for 30 plus years and is an absolute star. Kellie has done my eyebrows and eyelashes and is amazing. I was very nervous to have it done as I wanted it to look natural and she understood exactly what I wanted. Delighted with the results. Great atmosphere and very relaxing and friendly highly recommend this salon for hair and beauty services. Amazing people make you feel really welcomed
