I just had an amazing treatment with Catherine at Body&Soul, it’s a massage with a difference called a Lomi Lomi massage which originates from Hawaii. Unlike traditional massages Catherine used her forearms and hands working in long and deep sweeping movements . It was just so relaxing, soothing and holistic. I slept like a baby later that day, I’d highly recommend this massage . Keep your eye on the website for this treatment coming soon.
Visited for a full body massage. Really nice experience as it was my first time ever having experienced a spa treatment. The room was small and cosy, and the platform I was asked to lay on was comfortable and relaxing. I could hear some sound spillover from adjacent rooms but nothing too bad. The lady who gave me the massage was reassuring, offered me lots of options and worked effectively on where I asked her to focus on. I will return, brilliant experience.
