   I had "BIAB" here in August, and my nails are only just recovering. I will never return to this chop shop. The side of my nails were filled down too much so my nails looked too small for my hand and the design I requested was an absolute joke. I'm not fussy or prissy about my nails, but I would have been better off using acrylic for the damage you did to my skin and nails. Never again. Update - Yes. It was this shop & I had no intention or interest in your rectification considering how poor the first job was, hence why I didn’t do it sooner or contact you.

   First time in the salon today and what a lovely surprise. Walked away feeling very happy with my biab nails. The staff are very friendly and polite. Ive had an awful experience in another salon, so it was lovely to have my confidence restored. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

   I’ve been coming here now since they first opened and nothing is ever too much trouble, I’ve challenged with nail designs and they always match my expectations. I’ve needed last minute fixes before big events and they have always made time to fit me in! The pedicure is always amazing the massage chair is first class and really makes the experience! I won’t be changing my nails techs for a long time to come

   After the change of owner, the quality of services decreased. They don't use new files! (I do not know if it is allowed because you can get infected with a nail disease) the prices have increased. I understand that everything is more expensive, but usually 43 pounds of nails is a lot. Zero contact with the customer. Employees only talk to each other. The lady, while working on nails, went to the store to buy food. I get that she was probably hungry but wait till you finish... I'm really disappointed ☹️

   My absolute favourite salon ever! I have been coming here for a few months and after travelling far and wide across Wiltshire for many years for my nails, Ivy’s in Melksham is the best ever!! They are so lovely, welcoming and friendly. Rosie, Lucy and Alex always make me and my friend smile, do an absolutely amazing job on our nails and such a lovely experience. Free drinks as well and loyalty cards which is such a nice touch! Thanks guys, love Charlotte & Martha xxx
