   Had a wax last week, and it was brilliant! Jackie was amazing - super professional, thorough, friendly and definitely the best wax I've had. She was really quick, and it was the least painful waxing I've experienced in years. Would 100% recommend!

   Got two cartilage ear piercings and they were super knowledgeable and professional about the whole experience! They also allowed me to use my own gold jewellery for the piercing without charging a crazy amount. The Ambertone body piercing aftercare works wonders too.

   Unfortunately, I am having to give this salon one star. I had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment as the beautician was finishing with another client. When she came out she told me 'she'd just be 1 minute' - no apology. The beautician was friendly enough and seemed to do an attentive job however I soon realised that she'd burned my skin as had applied wax on one of my eyelids. 3 days later and the burn is still present and scabbing over. I've never had this issue with eyebrow waxing before.

   Jackie and Stacy gave me a much needed MOT facial, body wrap and gel nails a few days prior to my wedding. They could not have been more helpful and fun and left my skin and nails visibly improved! Stacy also recommended a particular brand of make up for the big day which I went onto to use and was thrilled with. Thank again ladies - your run a great local business!

   I took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today. The ladys were professional , had great people skills, the salon had a great warm atmosphere. I was very impressed and will be definitely being using the salon again. Highly recommended. My daughter was smiling and really at ease .. they made her experience great thank you again :)

   I had a Hifu treatment done on my eye area to resolve a problem which was caused by having a previous course of mesotherapy around the eyes. I was left with really puffy eyes and this distressed me quite alot. I came to Jacky as a last resort as I was so desperate to get my eyes back to normal. She suggested the Hifu treatment to me and it sounded like my best option. Whilst I was having the treatment done, I could feel it working which made me feel very hopeful. Afterwards, I looked in the mirror and straight away I could see such an improvement! I couldn't believe it. It's been two months since I had the Hifu treatment and I am still seeing amazing results. My eyes are totally back to normal, if not better than they were originally. This treatment gave me my confidence back and has given me an overall fresher appearance! I would definitely recommend Hifu to anyone. If this worked so well on just the eye area, imagine what the results would be on other areas of your face?!

   I had advanced electrolysis for the removal of serratosis ( raised pigmentation) on my back. The treatment was excellent, and it was completely successful. Jackie provides a highly professional, very experienced and warm service. I would highly recommend this treatment as well as others at Ambertone.

   I've been going to Jackie at Ambertone for over 10 years. Jackie always tries to fit me in last minute & always does a fantastic job of my waxing. I've also been to Jackie for spray tanning & eyelash tinting. Jackie has also done a fantastic job on the make-over of the salon; it's warm, very clean & inviting. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
