   Absolutely agree with the previous review - DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I would suggest everyone reading the negative reviews as all the points raised were exactly my experience. Sent one email to introduce himself, another months later after being chased up. Unfortunately the deal fell through but charged us £785 for the 2 emails he sent!

   We have used Gattas Denfield on a number of property transactions (sale and purchase) for the last 25 years (most recently Summer 2025). They know what they are doing, are extremely easy to work with, efficient and proactive and require only the necessary amount of effort on my part which makes life easier. Our needs have consistently been handled by Manjula in particular, who is brilliant and it really helps having familiarity / the same person to take care of things to speed things up.

   DO NOT USE THESE charlatans!!! - To say that Oliver Gattas is incompetent is being kind. They make major mistakes and deliberately lie to cover themselves. They are not even competent liars - WE ARE NOT MUGS!! Oliver you are a disgrace to your profession. You should not be able to practice law and who ever gave you licence should be shot!!!!

   Unethical practice. Missed the first deadline and then another costing us hundreds during a conveyancing process. Lies to justify missed deadlines which I have proof of, which is against the Solicitor's Code of Conduct. Refused to pick up calls or reply to emails constantly. Frankly, they have no care or empathy for their clients and others. Do not encourage this behaviour by paying for their services.
