   Fantastic service from the lovely lady at benefit today she is always professional happy and eager to help. I never feel out of place or anxious and love her work. I popped in to have my eyebrows waxed and once again this lovely lady has left me with fantastic brows thank you they say a brow can make a face and its definitely the case with the benefit brow counter in Boots Bath She is knowledgeable and super helpful a true representative of the brand and of course a positive reflection of boots thank you

   I always enjoy getting my brows done by Alexandra - she does an amazing job and is very good and talking through what she is going to do and listens if you have any requests / questions. She is very pleasant and bubbly person to spend time getting a bit of brow tidying with. I would highly recommend her and will only go to her to get my brows done.

   Today I had an eyebrow wax and tint done by Elsa. It was my first time with Elsa and she was incredibly welcoming and happy, she talked me through every step she was doing and made me feel involved in the treatment. Elsa offered other services which I agreed to and they were all perfect! Thank you so much Elsa for such a lovely experience today.

   Elsa was so kind and offered to show me how to my brows as I really liked how hers looked, my brows look amazing and I received compliments from my friends.    I went into Boots today to treat myself as I had just been paid from my job. I was looking for some makeup as I hadn’t brought any in a long time. I then met Elsa who was more than happy to help. As I was unsure what I wanted, she offered to use her own knowledge of the products of what she would recommend. I agreed as I love talking to people and really needed some guidance. I’m an only child and my mum often comes to me for advice about makeup. Both Elsa and I have the same skin type - dry. So she knew exactly what fitted my skin. She offered to put some makeup on me just so I can see how it looks on the skin. She even got me to stand by the window to make sure I got the best lighting as sometimes studio lights can be unrealistic. Elsa was absolutely fantastic. Wasn’t forceful at all when it came to me buying the products. She was extremely easy to talk to. Anyone being a beginner to makeup or just anyone wanting advice, please see Elsa. She was absolutely incredible and made my day seeing her! - Ellie, 18 years old.
