Going back today reminded me why he’s so special. It’s a completely different experience.    I was booked in with Antonio to have my hair done for my daughters wedding. After an horrific journey up from Devon that day. We, arrived at the salon and Antonia did my hair. It looked beautiful and I had lots of compliments. It was a bit of a rush sorry, as we were on a tight schedule. But Antonia did it. I would like to say thank you for lovely service and lovely hair even though Antonia could not finish it how she wanted because of the time. Thank you.

   I had an awful experience at Vaughan and would recommend you avoid them if you care about poor customer service. After being a client for a few years, I had to cancel an appointment one day with Gemma as I had a migraine. I called first thing in the morning to explain and was told I still had to pay the full price, even though I was ill. I asked if I could pay 50% and was rudely told no by the owner, Miles. I told him I was really disappointed with his attitude and how he was treating a loyal client. I avoided them for a year or so, as I was so shocked by this treatment, and then phoned Gemma and said I would like to book again and she said fine. I booked 2 appointments online and got texts to confirm. When I showed up today for the first appointment, Miles told me I didn't have an appointment, even though I had paid in full and had a text confirming the appointment. I had no notfication to the contrary. He then told me I was banned from the salon, even though I was perfectly polite. So I would suggest you avoid them as Miles is rude and the salon is run very unprofessionally.
