   I had used Howell Jones before and was recommended Sophie Kimber when I received a Schedule of Dilapidations at the end of a commercial tenancy. I found Sophie a pleasure to work with, very easy to communicate with and her legal knowledge really helped me understand what the process was in these instances (having never experienced it before). Although it was a rather lengthy process due to the Landlord’s side, a settlement has finally been agreed at an amount I was happy to pay. I have used HJ in other matters, a new lease, a lease break and now a dilapidations claim and I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
