   We have used Streeter and Marshall for quite a few things in the last few years following the passing of our dad and Godfather. The team at the Warlingham branch have been amazing and have helped us through processes step by step. We have always had a reply when we have emailed and when telephoning we have always been given the answers to what we are asking. The team are prompt and very professional. We are still using the services of Streeter and Marshall and would not go anywhere else for legal advise, selling of a property (ask for Tim) probate (ask for Richard) all the team are wonderful. Highly recommend

   I cannot recommend Rebecca enough, she has been utterly brilliant throughout the entire process. It hasn't been straightforward and as a first time buyer, a little overwhelming at times. Rebecca has always explained everything openly, honestly and clearly. Her response times to emails are incredible (literally within minutes!). I've never had to chase. Having seen the issue others have had up the chain with their solicitors, I haven't had a single thing. Forever grateful to Rebecca for getting us over the line with our dream house.    I'm not sure if you can recommend a solicitor on the basis of them being lovely but Tim Farrington at Streeter Marshall is lovely. He is warm, approachable, happy to answer millions of questions, and made the whole process of conveyancing quick, seamless and virtually effortless. He is a very clear communicator and we knew exactly what was going on each step of the way which was essential for us newbies on the block. Would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend.
