   I'm an estate agent in south east London and worked with Lucy Wyatt on a sale that completed last week. What a fantastic experience that was! Lucy was proactive, friendly, approachable and extremely efficient, while doing a very thorough job for our first time buyers. As is often the case, we spoke pretty much daily in the run up to exchange - Lucy always took my calls or called back if I'd left a message. I feel the need to mention this as so many conveyancers seem to avoid speaking to agents or take an extremely long time to respond. We worked as a team towards exchange and completion and now that's done, I've missed speaking to Lucy this week! Thank you Lucy and Priory Law for a job well done - I can highly recommend!

   We recently used Priory Law for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our solicitor, Lucy Wyatt, was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Our sale fell through twice due to having the wrong buyers, it was an incredibly stressful time — but Lucy was with us every step of the way. She offered clear advice, constant support, and genuinely felt like she was in our corner. I find legal paperwork overwhelming, but Lucy always took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and never made us feel rushed. She also advocated for us when the chain was dragging their feet, and even our estate agents on both sides spoke highly of her professionalism and efficiency. On moving day there was a serious delay with funds at the start of the chain due to banking issues, and Lucy went above and beyond to get us in under licence, saving us hundreds in potential redelivery fees. We are so grateful for everything she did. If you’re looking for a reliable, supportive, and highly competent law firm, I would absolutely recommend Priory Law and all the lovely staff but especially Lucy Wyatt.

   I recently sold a house in East Grinstead and my experience with Priory Law was second to none. They are a very professional and friendly firm who made the whole experience stress free. I would especially like to mention Cara, a very competent and friendly member of the team for whom nothing was too much trouble. She kept us fully informed throughout the whole transaction. Priory Law are a firm I would have no hesitation in recommending and would certainly use them again should the occasion arise.

   I recently purchased a flat in Dartford , using Priory Law and I cannot recommend them enough. Anne-Marie and all her team were absolutely fantastic, I was kept up to date with updates constantly and I felt supported at every turn. As a young, single person buyer, I never felt at any point like I was asking too many questions - everyone at Priory Law was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The process was tricky due to some complications with the leasehold property I was buying, and I thank my lucky stars that I went with such a reliable, professional and proactive firm. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and I will be using Priory Law again in the future.

   Very happy with the service provided by Priory Law. After purchasing my flat through another firm, I was adamant I wanted a good company when it came to selling it. Lucy’s communication was great throughout and it was easy to get in touch and ask Lucy questions. Our sale and purchase went through in about 4 months (delayed by Christmas and New Year), which was 2 months quicker than when we originally bought our property with another firm. I would definitely recommend Priory Law!

   We recently bought our first home and picked Priory Law to be our solicitors as they had been recommended and had great reviews. Anne-Marie, Summer and Amy were all fantastic! You hear stories from other people buying houses how hard it was for them to get in contact with their solicitors or things being held up, this was not the case with Priory Law at all. Anne-Marie and the team were always super easy to get in contact with, they moved everything along quickly and Anne-Marie's knowledge and expertise was really helpful for two niaive first-time buyers. Thank you Anne-Marie for all your help, I would definitely recommend Priory Law!
