   I've 'dealt' with Phillip for a couple of months now. Professing to be an expert in contract law, he has instead charged me a consulting fee to inform me of very little. I sought his legal advise on an issue we've been facing. He led me to take action on an existing case we had lodged and following his advise cancelled it to take on his services and construct a case from scratch. Since advising this, I have been waiting MONTHS just to receive a simple quote for these services. Poor does not describe it. He also rambles on incessantly about a lot of nothing, providing a false reassurance of time well spent. I deal with many businesses on a daily basis, constantly managing client expectations, as i'm sure you will read this Phillip shame on you. At best he is incompetent and poorly manages his time. At worst, a charlatan claiming to understand law without a clue in reality! Avoid if you wish to seek knowledgeable professional services. *To his below response: A request to proceed with pricing for services without any clarity on exactly how you were planning to draft the claim suggests the above described. It is remarkable that you have such a high level of intellect and yet don't understand how to use basic forms of communication. In fact this is the first response i've had from you in nearly a month! That being said, I did google your name yesterday and discovered you've already been fined for misleading your clients so what can one expect with such a reputation?
