She gets back to you promptly, knows her job inside out, and takes the stress completely out of any purchase or sale.    Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with! They care 0% about their clients and treat you like you are stupid. Nothing is ever their fault when they are the trained professionals. Any blame they can place elsewhere they will, which make the whole experience soul destroying. We also experienced mistakes even on legal documents, communication was absolutely terrible. Like other reviews we also experience the time off without letting anyone know. Even when you try to explain your disappointment they really do not care. Moving house is stressful enough do not use!
