   We used Amphlett Lissimore for our conveyancing. A key document was missed at completion and despite the solicitor acknowledging this, this has not been resolved nearly two years later. We had to submit an official complaint (we are not people who are quick to do this) and it has been dealt with appallingly, with emails not responded to for months. We have now had no response to our emails for 5 months and so have felt we have no choice but to go to the legal ombudsman to seek their help. I rarely write bad reviews but would strongly recommend not using Amphlett Lissimore. UPDATE 21/01/22 - still no contact from Amphlett Lissimore despite the response below 4 weeks ago. UPDATE 08/03/22 - Still not a word from anyone at Amphlett Lissimore. Please respond to us. UPDATE 18/01/23 - Still absolute silence from Amphlett Lissimore. We are waiting for the legal ombudsman to step in. I cannot advise strongly enough not to use Amphlett Lissimore.

   The referral came from our estate agent and I'm very pleased and grateful for it. Tracy McAneny knows her stuff and is a responsive, no nonsense very efficient conveyancing professional. Things moved very fast in the end on my sale after an early false start and everything was handled very smoothly and professionally and we had a couple of late bumps which were handled without any fuss or delay and most successfully. Very good value in absolute terms when compared to more conventional solicitors but considering the excellent service really good value. Thank you.
