   I have been using Preuveneers for approximately 1 year now to try to purchase a flat, and due to various issues on the sellers' side I had to withdraw offers from two separate properties; Kelly's advice and guidance during these offers was brilliant, and after being strung along twice for 5 months on previous properties, I had to complete really quickly on the property I ended up buying. With Kelly's amazing help and support we managed to go from offer to completion in 7 weeks! Thank you so much to Kelly and the team at Preuveneers, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
