   The sale of my aunt's house did not progress smoothly, through no fault of Sutton Mattocks, but Sandy and Megan were stellar in keeping us up to date and handled the challenges smoothly throughout the 5 month process. Nothing was too much trouble and "above and beyond" is certainly an apt description of their service. Charges were reasonable and there were no surprises. They even didn't charge extra for exchange and completion on the same day, which other solicitors usually do. Highly Recommended.

   Jonathan, Helen and Debra really are outstanding. I have bought and sold three properties with Sutton Mattocks and it’s always a flawless, worry-free process. Jonathan is very knowledgeable, is always calm but firm and can find a solution to any challenges (one transaction of sale and purchase took place right at the start of the covid pandemic and looked like it might fail… but Jonathan found a way round that). He and his team are organised, professional and efficient - he has a wealth of knowledge and provides regular succinct updates. He is also exceedingly pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
