   I had a lovely facial with Sasha before Christmas. I came out feeling really relaxed and my skin felt amazing. The hydro jelly mask smelt lovely and Sasha gave me a super relaxing hand and foot massage while it was in place. I will definitely be back in the new year!

   Just had sugaring done for the first time by Sasha - all I can say is WOW, what a fabulous experience from start to finish. Sasha is warm and welcoming, and her work space is so beautiful and calming. She explained everything to me so clearly before getting started, and the sugaring itself was a total breeze. So much nicer than waxing! I would recommend Sasha to anyone and will definitely be returning for future treatments.

   I do not know how anyone who has actually experienced a treatment from Sasha could give her anything other than a 5- star rating, truly. I had a 30-minute massage and an hour-long facial today, a very kind gift which I fully wish to receive again. The 'gift' was also the wonderful experience of Sasha; her intuition, experience, natural kindness, knowledge and gentle professionalism. Both treatments, seamlessly combined (but I would recommend either if you can't afford both), were heavenly, using essential oils and holistic expertise which I don't understand, but my body did! In short, Sasha is a marvel, thank you x

   I had the most incredible facial at Held Therapies with Sasha, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I came in with acne concerns, and Sasha was not only welcoming and kind, but genuinely knowledgeable about skin health. She took the time to assess my skin, did gentle but effective extractions, and used Dermalux LED therapy—which left my skin feeling calmer, clearer, and noticeably refreshed. The whole experience was so relaxing: the room was peaceful, the scents were beautiful, and the treatment bed was unbelievably comfortable. Sasha created such a soothing environment that I felt completely at ease from start to finish. If you’re looking for a results-driven facial with someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Held Therapies (and Sasha!) is absolutely the place to go. My skin is glowing, and I’ll definitely be returning.

   I had a pregnancy massage with Sasha, and other than my children, it is the best thing I have ever done. Sasha is a breath of fresh air, she made me feel comfortable, even though I was very round. Her treatment room was stunning and the perfect setting for me to truly relax and take advantage of some 'me' time. Her attention to detail is second to none. Sasha is very professional and I could tell she wanted me to have the best experience possible, as though I was her only client for the whole day (I was actually her last). I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Sasha!
