   I've been to Botanical Beauty several times now for lash lifts and brows and I always leave feeling amazing. Carla has completed most of my appts but all the staff are charming, helpful, and great at what they do. Carla is lovely to talk to, she discusses what you want and is confident in giving her opinion and expertise. She talks you through the steps (especially if your trying something new,) and I have never left feeling uncertain or not liking anything I've had done.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carla did a fabulous job on my lash lift and brow wax and tint. She was extremely professional, very bubbly and friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be going back!

   I have been going to Botanical Beauty for years and there is a very good reason for that. Si and the team are extremely professional, friendly, flexible, responsive and have a wide range of treatments. I have been to a lot of salons and have chosen to regularly book with Si, mainly for waxing and facial. Si has taken the time to understand my skin and tailors my facials to exactly what my skin needs. The salon has a calm, inviting atmosphere, and everything is spotless and beautifully presented. I highly recommend Botanical Beauty, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and treat yourself to outstanding beauty services.

   I recently visited Botanical Beauty for both a nail treatment and a full-body massage, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The salon itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I started with a gel manicure and pedicure — the nail technician was not only highly skilled but also attentive to detail. She took her time shaping my nails perfectly and applied the polish with such precision. The color selection was great, and she even added a delicate nail art design that I absolutely loved. After my nails, I had a one-hour body massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The massage therapist was professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I mentioned. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were warm, welcoming, and never made me feel rushed. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service, and everything was done with a high standard of hygiene and care. I highly recommend Botanical Beauty in Bradley Stoke if you’re looking for a place that offers both beauty and wellness in one visit. I’ll definitely be coming back

   Absolutely love coming here to get my nails and lashes done by Iga! She is amazing at what she does and exceeds my expectations every time with the nail art challenges I come up with. My eyelashes have never lasted as well and absolutely no irritation at all, she is a pro! I have had a few sets of nails done by Angelina also and she is equally as talented, such lovely girls too! Highly recommend xxx

   The full body massage was very much needed. I didn’t realize how many knots my body had was until the session was over. Loved how the massuer listened to what I have to say in regards to places I felt needed a bit more attention. The atmosphere was perfect, was made to feel very welcome from the start, by the very skilled and professional staff. I will definitely be back, could not recommend highly enough!

   Avoid for waxes! First appointment I had the lady was 15mins late, strolling in with a bunch of flowers and a drink from the cafe, with no apologies for being late. Wasn’t overly impressed with the wax but thought perhaps I hadn’t communicated my wants very well, so gave the benefit of the doubt and booked in again. 2nd appointment I booked in with a different waxer, was asked to come in earlier which I agreed too, but ended up with the same person as before. Felt very rushed and that she didn’t listen to anything I was saying so once again walking out very disappointed, with a wax worse than the first time! Definitely won’t be going back again!

   UPDATED: Further to my review below, I was contacted by the business owner. She explained that she had been out of the country due to a family emergency and my communications had been overlooked. She responded to each of my concerns, and confirmed that they would now be offering the choice of male or female therapist, especially where more intimate treatments are involved. She also offered me the opportunity to return to the salon, free of charge, to have the treatment I was supposed to have and with a female therapist. I am delighted to say that I did and I am more than happy to amend my rating based on that experience. I found the therapist to not only be professional and friendly but also exceptionally good! I have booked to return in a month. ORIGINAL POST: Having read reviews, I decided to try Botanical Beauty for an "Aromaflex" treatment - a 55 minute treatment, including "aromatherapy back, neck, shoulders with 30 minutes of reflexology". My initial impression based on text and email communications were that they were friendly, professional and very efficient. My only comment was that they needed to add treatment times to their website. Sadly my actual experience did not match my initial impression. Arriving at the salon, reception was unmanned and the door locked. It was opened however, within a minute by a young gentleman. As requested I took a seat as there was a client ahead of me, just finishing up. The client came out of the treatment room smiling and relaxed, and I waited for the therapist to then appear. The client paid and then left. It was at this point I began to realise that the young gentleman was also the therapist. I am not prejudiced in any way against male beauty/massage therapists but I do believe I should have been asked if I am comfortable with a male massage therapist. The truth is... I'm not. I also pointed out to the gentleman (I was never given a name) that I was not aware I was to have a male therapist. There was no response to the comment. He locked the front door of the salon and proceeded to show me to the treatment room. I texted my husband as I wasn't comfortable but felt I couldn't simply walk out. The massage itself was fine but spoiled for me as it took me the majority of the time to relax. I also realised that I was not actually getting the booked treatment but just a standard massage. Afterwards I kicked myself for a) not leaving immediately when I realised I was not having a female therapist and b) not complaining that the treatment was not as booked. But to be honest, I did not feel comfortable to do either at the time. I followed up immediately upon returning home with the salon via email to explain my concerns. After one week of hearing nothing, I followed up again via email and via text but without a response. It was at this point, I decided to write this review in the hope that other customers at least know to ask questions / speak out if they are not happy.

   I've been coming to Botanical Beauty regularly for almost two years now for massage, nails and lashes. Every service I have received has been top quality and I would not go anywhere else. Both See and Alex make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your massage and are very knowledgeable and professional.
