   I cannot recommend Lock & Marlborough enough, especially the services of Simon Marlborough. I sold and bought property and moved into my new home within 3 months – a record time for me (and with Christmas in between!). Simon and his team kept in touch with me on a regular basis and ironed out quite a few issues with my buyer that needed addressing. Simon went above and beyond and made the stressful time of moving much better than I had ever been through before (and I have had some bad experiences in the past with other solicitors). He prevented me from buying a leasehold property with an extortionate rate of 60k for a deed of variation when I had blinders on.
