Wills writing & LPA: Dev and his team provide excellent service, in a timely fashionsion, clearly explaining each step in the process. This was done through a mixture of Team Calls and F2F meetings. Would highly recommend.
Dev and his team have dealt with a number of things for us over the last year or so, including probate, IHT and Wills. Delighted with the conveyancing service we received from Vicky and Amy, dealing with the sale and purchase of our flat and house. It was a complicated and lengthy process in the end, but Vicky was the perfect conveyancer - if everyone was as efficient as her we'd have been done in a quarter of the time! She is efficient, courteous and most importantly thorough in all of her work - seemingly rare qualities in this line of work. And exceptionally good value for money given the amount of work it ended up taking to get us over the line.
These solicitors and other companies associated are incompetent. They should have removed a restriction they placed for there clients in April 2019 however we have found out the restriction is still on there even tho court instructed yo remove. They submitted an application in September 2022 and was not the correct form and now refusing to submit the correct form. Dev and his team are very unhelpful and lie to cover there own backs especiallya representative called Maxine. DO NOT USE unless you are prepared to go back to court after your case. Complaint submitted to law society.
