   All I can say is wow, what a fantastic experience we have had with Bishopsgate Law who we used as our conveyancing in our new build purchase. With a new build the time from securing the property to exchange of contracts is generally a short time frame. We had Gabby and Rifa working for us and it was clear they worked hard and diligent and we really felt they were on our side. We had regular updates and any questions were never a chore. We are pleased to say we will be completing on our property tomorrow and just had to share how the team put us at ease and made the whole process as stress free as possible. We had such a positive experience we asked if Bishopsgate Law was able to write our mirror wills to which we secured a discount having used them for conveyancing. Again, Terry was absolutely amazing and quickly responded to any queries and issues and once again came away with a thoroughly positive experience.

   Just wanted to take a minute to send a big thank you to Jodie, Ramnik and their manager Rachael for their amazing customer service. I have recently purchased my first leasehold flat solo and they were absolutely amazing. Jodie and Ramnik were incredibly thorough and tolerating in frustrating circumstances. They replied quick to my emails and Rachael (manager who was dealing with a high risk issue) was amazing, taking the time to call me multiple times and talk me through the problem in depth. Despite the issues I experienced I still managed to complete in about 11 weeks thanks to their hard work and efficiency. I could not recommend them anymore. My only criticism would be that if you want to call them it’s very tricky to get through on the phone. They do however answer emails incredibly fast and often call back. Thank you so much an amazing team!

   Fantastic experience with Bishopsgate Law buying our very first home this summer. We chose them because they offer no sale no fee, were very competitively priced and they assign two lawyers to each case – we were fortunate to be paired with Rifa and Gabby who made the whole conveyancing process an absolute breeze. As first-time buyers we had so many questions and queries, all of which were clearly and promptly answered – normally the same day. The communication and frequent updates really were excellent. I also really appreciated how organised the paperwork and workflow was, it really made a huge difference in keeping track of any outstanding enquiries etc. The overall process was much faster than expected, even our seller was suprised! We're currently deep in renovations (and dust!) but couldn't be happier with our purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending Bishopsgate Law if you're looking for reliable and efficient solicitors who just get the job done without making an even bigger dent in your wallet!

   This firm allocates two solicitors to your case, which was one of the main reasons I chose them. In practice, however, this made little difference. It has been extremely difficult to get through to either solicitor: phone calls are rarely answered, call-back requests often ignored, and emails can go unanswered for weeks at a time. Even requests for scheduled telephone appointments were not acted upon. I decided not to continue with my purchase but it was almost 11 months at termination with what should have been a straightforward house purchase . Despite repeated assurances that we were close to exchange, I have often been left completely in the dark, with no communication from my solicitors for weeks. Maria and Munaza — even a brief acknowledgement of emails would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, email has no "seen" receipt, and silence creates unnecessary stress. Another major drawback is the lack of a client portal. Without one, important documents become buried within long email chains, making it very difficult for clients to keep track of progress. The burden of organisation is effectively shifted onto the customer. Sadly, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, but it seems one has to expect this kind of service with conveyancing in the present day.

   We are really happy with the service we received from Donna and Veena at Bishopsgate Law for our recent sale. The 2 person system worked really well, meaning that always one of them had an answer even when the other was out of office. We dealt most with Donna who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always replied to emails promptly, sometimes within literally minutes, which was so helpful and meant we didn't have to constantly phone to chase. Her emails were always well structured and easy to follow. She was also diligent in chasing the buyers' solicitors for answers when they were taking a bit longer than we wanted. We also really appreciated her flexibility in working late one evening to get our exchange over the line when our buyers' solicitors left it until the very last minute of the working day. I felt like we were always in safe hands. We will definitely be using Bishopsgate when we buy our next property and would hope to be assigned to Donna and Veena again!

At the beginning we had difficulty with the registration but Katya solved the problem for us in a few hours. Niharika and Jayne dealt with the house purchase process in a very timely manner and were always very prompt in replying to our emails and never needed to call them. They are nothing but friendly, professional, and genuinely want to help you. They made the whole process swift and smooth. We found our dream property in August and moved in three months later.
