   We recently used Trisha at Streathers to represent us in the sale of our flat and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Trisha extremely fast, responsive, and on top of the detail. She responds to questions and queries immediately and her organisation was invaluable in what became a relatively difficult transaction. My only regret in retrospect is that Trisha was representing us rather than our buyer - if they had been represented by Streathers then I have no doubt we could have saved ourselves a couple of months. If you're buying or selling then I would, without hesitation recommend Streathers (and ask for Trisha!)
