I cannot recommend Ashworths highly enough. Both Diana and Mariam have been fantastic throughout and are everything you'd want from people managing the sale or purchase of a property. I used Ashworths for the sale of a flat and due to service management issues and the buyer's solicitors there were lengthy delays but Diana was taking every step to minimise this providing alternative suggestions and keeping me informed every step of the way. Whenever I rang up, and towards the end of the sale this became daily, she was available and knew exactly where things were up to. I then used Ashworths for the purchase of a property and again, things couldn't have gone more smoothly. We were so prepared that we were able to exchange a month in advance of completion.
