   Icon is my go to place for massages. I hadn't been for a while and booked in for a full body deep tissue massage yesterday with Alice. It was AMAZING! I could not recommend more. Alice was so great, she sat down with me at the beginning and asked exactly what I needed and checked in throughout. I left feeling totally rejuvenated. Thanks so much Alice!

   The beautician here was very kind and helpful when a pet got stuck in the back garden prior to their veterinary appointment. We interrupted her session to try and find it, which was not at all ideal for her or her client, but she was very understanding. Would therefore recommend her to any animal lover!

   Icon Beauty is a long established haven on Gloucester Road. The staff are professional and welcoming and always smiley and very helpful. The standards of treatments are very high and I have never had a bad experience in all my years of coming here. I highly recommend Lucy and her wonderful team!

   Icon Beauty is a beauty institution in North Bristol - a place I can go for peace, pampering and a break from the pace of the outside world. Lucy and her team are so professional, as are the setting and the products. I can't recommend Icon enough, if you haven't visited yet you will be in excellent hands.

   Poor experience with icon beauty- they messaged me to delay the appointment only 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time when at that point I was already on my way. I spent in total 20 minutes waiting for my appointment before I asked to cancel and for a refund of my deposit. Untrained staff didn't know how to refund me and told me their manager would phone me that evening to refund me. I am writing this review the following day, having still received no refund and the salon won't answer any of my calls. Definitely do not recommend.

   I've visited Lucy since she first opened 13 years ago; for pedicures throughout the summer and manicures periodically. I had my first gel manicure just before Christmas and it's been a revelation - they last 4-5 weeks without a chip or me being precious with my nails! I can't recommend Lucy or her lovely team highly enough - thank you for being there and providing such an excellent service that only uses top quality products.

   I have been going to Icon since it opened, I have no desire to visit a different salon. Here I get 100% client centre pampering, it is ran with a perfectionist mindset, which in turn gives me the client, total indulgence in my treatments. I even use their gift voucher for my special birthday gifts to friends. I highly recommend the facials for me they are medicinal! Kerryx
