   Disappointing BIAB Removal – Wouldn’t Recommend Went in to have my BIAB nails removed and was charged £15, whereas most places in town charge £10 and still use the proper soak-off technique. You would think it’s such a simple thing to do, but they didn’t even use the correct method. The technician didn’t soak them off at all—just aggressively filed them down, leaving my nails brittle, thin, and weak (my ring finger’s nail was so thin that it broke off while washing my hair?) I left it to the technician, assuming they knew what they were doing, but clearly, that wasn’t the case. Very disappointed with the service and will not be returning.

   Alright. Definitely not the best nails I’ve had. No care taken on the design, not the friendliest and impossible to take the acrylics off, no clue what they’ve done. Average. Wouldn’t go back

   This nail bar is in my opinion is the best in Bath Mary is so lovely and happy Mary takes her time and produces lovely nails you don't have the hustle and bustle of bigger salons a they don't talk to each other in their mother tongue which I find uncomfortable Mary always remembers how you like your nails size and shape thank you Mary
