    A lovely idea sadly let down by reception staff. I’d already been a voice mail by receptionist asking if I could change my appointment time, but when I’d call back a different woman knew about the request. Today an hour before my appointment I get a voicemail asking me to call them - no explanation was given. Called back (even though busy at work) but got voicemail. Left message asking for them to return my call. Left work and rushed to college with 20-mins to appointment (still no call back) as concerned appointment cancelled or moved but no one knew what was going on. Needed a photo taken (never done this before) but little instructions given and no reason given until I asked. Told to wait but I’ve arrived early due to confusion - I’m still not sure at this point what’s going on. Finial told they could see me, but still not convinced they had a clue. When I got upstairs where I tried to explain that due to the message I’d rush here and felt annoyed - just wanted to be heard and an acknowledgment of the stress they’d caused, but I was spoken over by someone who was only keen to point out she wasn’t a receptionist. Walked out as I don’t have any faith in them. It’s a lovely idea but it’s a pain getting any appointment and no customer service. Photo of my ‘colour consultation’
