   Extremely overpriced for the service they provide. Very unprofessional. They made mistakes in some documents which caused unexpected problems and delays. They also charged me twice the normal price for something they ended up not doing at all because they were lacking expertise on the matter. Other solicitors resolved the same issue instantly. RSL did not refund me.

   After hearing a lot of awful stories about solicitors - my experience with RSL-Law was like finding an oasis in a desert. Truly exceptional professionalism from the whole team. I initially had a chat with Tatiana, who agreed to take on my case. A friendly and professional chat, with key advice provided regarding mortgage provider and estimate of time required to complete. I also worked with Alesia, who has been really helpful in communicating the progress, answering my questions and was a great liaison between myself and the rest of the team. Amal - senior property solicitor - has done an outstanding job. She provided me with clear updates and very valuable advice through the whole process. Victoria - conveyancing executive - has done a great job at making sure that all the necessary work is completed in time for the exchange and completion. This involved swift updates on the mortgage, deposit payments while also providing a clear explanation to me through every step. The whole team has been stellar through the whole process, going an extra mile to make sure that the deal is completed with my best interest in mind, while also making the impossible - completing within a really short time-frame when everyone thought that it would be impossible, myself included. I would definitely recommend RSL-Law and will surely use their services once again.
