   Oh dear lord. Sorry but simply the worst experience I have ever had at a salon, point blank period. Booked a full leg wax and HW intimate waxing with a weeks notice. On the day greeted by owner who started off ok strip Waxing my legs. Moves towards bikini line, questions how much wanted taking off (booked a Hollywood but ok?) Starts to STRIP WAX lady parts?! Then informs me she “doesn't do underneath parts” and that they never trained in intimate waxing, as it wasn’t a thing in their day…. Needless to say it went as well as you could Expect. Thankfully wasn’t charged for the booked Hollywood. But it was a messy, painful and embarrassing experience which was totally unprofessional. Had to immediately book in with another waxer who was genuinely appalled at the awful mess of left over wax, broken hairs and bad practice. Even the leg wax was poorly done with large sections missed. I would not trust them- I won’t be back.

   Me and my husband had our hair cut done here by a very friendly staff michelle .it was pleasant experience,as she stayed patiently throughout ,listening to our concerns .All the staffs are lovely.I love to visit here again .
