   I first come to know know Dwij back in 2016 whilst working as an estate agent. From the outset he always went above and beyond; never did I feel I was being fobed off. I recommended my father used him for the sale of a property. Not only did Dwij deal with the conveyancing he also drew up a new 999 year lease and all in the space of a few weeks. We managed to exchange and complete in just under 2 months. In my experience this is almost unheard of and credit to the man himself. Communication is one of the key aspects for a smooth transition be it via email, phone and even WhatsApp Dwij was always there. We will work together again for sure. Thank you so much my friend

   I was recommended to Dwij by a friend, and he ultimately exceeded all expectations. My sale had several nuances and wasn’t at all straightforward, but he always explained each scenario clearly and gave solid advice that made everything feel far more manageable. Additionally, Dwij handled the purchase of our house which, given the earlier challenges on my sale, was not an easy process either. Despite how busy he must be, he was never hard to reach and consistently responsive over email. I’m extremely grateful for his help on both transactions and would happily work with him again in the future. Highly recommend!
