   This company are not SRA registered and are very, very dodgy. I have been waiting for money that they have no legal right or obligation to hold on to. Incompetent is an understatement. Illegal, shady goings on. Avoid at all costs. The only positive comments are by their colleagues friends and families. Joke of a business.

   Great experience with this company. Wills were made over 25 years ago and were never updated with new addresses etc but when I called they accessed the Wills straight away and dealt with my call with sympathy, friendliness and quick efficiency. Have also used them recently to help a close family member make their Will, again, speedy and efficient. Thank you for your help at this very sad and challenging time. Every staff member that I have spoken to has been lovely

   Not recommended, my mother rung for their free will writing service before she passed away and they upsold her a probate service letting her think probate would be sorted for us after she died, now she has died they want an additional 13k to deal with the probate. We have also been waiting 2 months to get a copy of the will now she has died so it makes a difficult situation even harder.

   Wonderful service, from the moment we booked an appointment to the moment we picked up the final copy, I can not fault the service. They were very patient with my mum and took the time to make sure she understood everything and made her feel at ease. We were luckily able to go in and speak to someone rather than do it over the phone which we were really grateful for. Thanks so much the team for making what would have normally been an anxious time for my mum into a much more comforting experience.

   Absolutely disgusting post death support. These guys will get the job done..to the bear minimum. After 10’s of emails and countless phone calls with no reply you realise that they really don’t want to know. I hope this review will sway others away from a horrible experience. Shouldn’t be in business.

   This company's customer service is absolutely diabolical. My mother passed away 4 weeks ago and her will is held with Willdrafters. After several phone calls and emails I'm still waiting for the Will to be released despite several promises and poor excuses saying that it would posted out. The one employee Rita even made the excuse because she had to self isolate after taking herself off to Spain thats why it hadn't been done. I wouldn’t touch this company with a Barge pole. So be warned!!

   My partner and I did our Wills through Will Drafters Ltd a few years ago and the service was excellent. I had to contact Michelle when I sadly lost my partner nearly 6 years now and she was so helpful and was always at the end of the phone to listen to me during a very difficult and upsetting time. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness x

   I cannot fault Michelle and her team. O have had my own will with them for many many years and therefore, have made many amendments to my will. I have always found them helpful and knowledgeable and a recent "very tricky' probate case they did for my mother's estate, was carried out in the professional manner I have come to expect from them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends.
