   Martin Cauter is like the Scarlett Pimpernel. My mother instructed him before COVID to change title deeds for land. Never answers his phone or emails. Calls just ring out. Emails left unanswered. At this point we just want the deeds back but still nothing absolutely disgusting.

   Martin was a great solicitor. He always kept me well informed and went out of his way to assist me at various points in the conveyancing process. The office isn't that impressive but as most of the work is done by phone or email , we can get past this . A top gent who I am going to use to do other things even though I'm now out of area.

   I have dealt with Edridges and Drummonds a number of times over the years and have found them to be professional, that they have excellent attention to detail and that they are to the point. I echo what another review has said that the offices are not the most modern but at the end of the day it is the level of service i am most interested in. I have always valued their experience and expertise in matters pertaining to property purchase/selling.

   Straightforward, experienced and helpful local solicitor. Richard Dench and his Partner have been extremely helpful to us over the last few years with Deeds and contracts and continue to help with family and property matters. The office isn't glamorous, but that isn't important - I want someone who is sound in the law and who gets the job done well. Edridges and Drummond are those people. A bonus has been that the price of their services has been more than fair and reasonable. We highly recommend them.

   Martin was recommended to us when selling and buying our new home and I completely understand why?! Martin was thorough and informative, always responded and genuinely a nice guy to deal with. I honestly can not sing his praises enough. Moving home is stressful, but Martin made it seem effortless. I can not thank Martin enough.    This may not be the most modern of Solicitors offices, but I have dealt with them over many years, mainly Richard Dench who has always gone out of his way to treat you as an individual and been very professional and prompt with everything, very patient and I have complete confidence in them. Much nicer than being treated as just a number as experienced with the larger modern Solicitors, where you deal with too many different people (as recently experienced not by my own choice) The 1 star review is totally unfair and cold calling never goes down very well, when people are so busy.
